---The company exchange the responsibility for security objectives of the 230kV stringing of second circuit overhead line project in Ethiopia

To ensure safety objectives responsibility could be carried on in the project department and all operation personnel, the company specially appointed  Chen Liang who is the responsible of security technology department to the stringing line project for exchange。

On October 22, Chen Jing, who organized the safety supervisors, members of the project department and members of the project team, to introduce the safety objectives，which is signed in the early stage，and analyze the risk of working near the live parts, raise the claim on the important aspects of the safety management ，and through the accident case propaganda, improve the safety awareness of operating personnel. After that, the project management personnel carried out safety training, technical exchanges,and implement the division of work and responsibilities.

On october 23，the project staff with the manager Chen go to the construction site，and survey the important risk of the line. The difficulty and risk of the project is：  

First,  the line length is 458km, of which about 150km is in the mountains, stringing line will be very diffcult, and have high risque of transport.

Second,  the whole line across over more than 200 roads, power lines and so on, and most of are charged across, so many crossing structures, high security risks. 

Third,  most of the lines along the crop, trees, compensation and channel cleaning is extremely difficult, which is  also a key factor affecting the overall progress of the project.   

For these reasons ，the project department must be carefully organized, strict process control, in order to ensure safety, and realize the progress objectives.
