Grid-connected Building Integrated Photovoltaic Power Generation and Microgrid Pilot Project in Longyuan Turpan Demonstration Zone is the first photovoltaic project undertaken by the company; the project was commenced on October 12, 2012 and completed on March 26, 2014.

The project has construction area of about 5,000 m2 and the total building area of about 2,200 m2, and the building has two stories above ground. With roof layout of 750,000 m2, the project has total installed capacity of 13.4 MW, and is equipped with 57,021 pieces of 235 W polycrystalline silicon solar modules (with output voltage of 29.5 V and service life of 25 years). Phase-I project has installed capacity of 8,718 MW and is involved with 293 buildings; project construction mainly includes two parts: building integrated photovoltaic works and smart microgrid works. The project has total investment of about RMB 234 million, and the photovoltaic power station has phase-I annual energy output of about 18.018 million kWh/year.

The project was commenced on October 12, 2012 and completed on March 26, 2014.
